The Parents Circle – Families Forum (PCFF) is a joint Israeli-Palestinian organization of over 600 families
The PCFF was established in 1995 by Mr. Yitzhak Frankenthalalong with several bereaved Israeli families. Since the year 2000, some Palestinian families from the West Bank and East Jerusalem, have gradually joined the PCFF’s activities, an addition that has significantly shaped the nature of the organization and its activities
The Parents Circle – Families Forum (PCFF) is a joint Israeli-Palestinian organization of over 600 families, all of whom have lost a family member to the ongoing conflict. Moreover, the PCFF has concluded that the process of reconciliation between nations is a prerequisite to achieving a sustainable peace. The organization thus utilizes all resources available in education, public meetings and the media, to spread these ideas.
The PCFF was established in 1995 – by Mr. Yitzhak Frankental and several bereaved Israeli families. From 2000 the PCFF expanded to include Palestinian families from both the West Bank and East Jerusalem. These new members have substantially influenced the activities of the PCFF and shaped the character and functioning of the organization.
The PCFF is registered as a nonprofit organization, professionally managed by a joint Israeli-Palestinian board and a professional team operating from two offices: the Palestinian office in Beit Jala and the Israeli office in Ramat Ef’al.

In 2016, the PCFF activities were mostly funded by the USAID and the EU.
